Tonight I was laying next to Dawson in his bed (after books and prayers he likes which ever one of us to lay down next to him for "just two minutes" and cuddle)and we had a little conversation that went something like this:
Me: Dawson, do you remember when you were a little baby? It seems like you were just inside my belly!
Dawson: Yeah, when I was a baby inside your belly I saw your dinner!!
Gotta love the things kids say.

That's my favorite time of the day! I think kids say some of the best things at bedtime. Dawson is quite the comedian! Very funny!
I was about to post a comment when I realized "Joel and Carrie" said exactly what I was about to say! Hilarious! I love the things kids say! In fact, I have a journal for each of my kids that I try to write a letter in each year around their birthday to tell them about that year, and I've started pulling them out and jotting a quick entry every time they say or do something hilarious like that! I love looking back at them and remembering all the funny things!
